Our menu draws from the greatest traditions of Neapolitan home cooking and New York style pizzerias adding a touch of innovation to produce Italian fare with the freshest ingredients from both worlds. Our sauces and dough are made fresh daily. We use only house-made and artisanal cheeses. We cook our pizzas in a coal burning oven at 800 degrees achieving a lightly charred crown with a bubbly but al dente center and eggshell outer crust. Our wine list is a combination of regional Italian wines and Italian American producers. Everything is available to dine in with the service of our friendly staff or to take out and enjoy at home. |
